Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Key responsibilities:
Need to interact with different professionals (HR officials/Colleges/Universities) to get verification.
Maintain MIS.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Good in English (Verbal and Written).

 Dot Net Developer

Experience: 0-2 Years

Role: Software Developer

Compensation: As per industry standards

Key responsibilities:
Candidate who is willing to work in ASP.NET Web Application Development
Candidate should be strong in fundamentals of C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL
Candidate with good knowledge of MVC 3/5 would be preferred
Knowledge of XML and parsing related technologies desirable
Proficiency in using Visual Studio 2005, Visual Studio 2008 or above is a must
Exposure to .NET Windows Application Development or MVC Applications would be an added plus
Having knowledge of CSS, JQuery will be an added advantage
Preference would be given to candidates with exposure to MySQL DBMS or ORACLE DB
Qualification: BE / B-Tech / MCA / M-Tech degree holder with a consistent above-average academic record

Skills Required:
Good communication skills would be an important pre-requisite
Willingness to learn new things and adapt to the changing business needs would be expected

Ability to find out right source of information and to cross validated with the verification obtained by operation team.
Ability to find the error’s in verification and train the operations team to reduce the error’s

Experience: 9+ Years

Role: Manager – Client Service

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Key responsibilities:
Strong and effective communication with all assigned clients.
Take steps to mitigate any potential risks in managing a business projects.
Efficiently handle client service team & to work on improvisation of set processes.
Ensure that client escalations are effectively managed and effective feedback has been shared with team members.
Share monthly reporting deliverables with management.
Ensure that service delivery standards are met.

 Business Development Manager - Sales

Experience: 4+ Years

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Key responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Well versed with International market trends.
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
